Yes. Every GLORILUCE candle is individually hand-poured in the UAE with care and attention to detail.
Can I customise the fragrance?
Many of our collections offer fragrance customisation. Please contact us to discuss the available options.
Can I customise the candle colour?
Selected collections offer candle colour customisation, subject to availability.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. GLORILUCE creations are thoughtfully presented and are suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, corporate gifting and other special occasions.
How long will my order take?
Made-to-order products typically require 3–5 business days for production, followed by delivery within the UAE. Delivery times vary by destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on UAE orders above AED 300.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs.
How should I care for my candle?
- Trim the wick before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt across the surface during the first burn.
- Do not burn for more than four hours at a time.
- Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
